About us
Apartments Ri-100 are located in a quiet part of Portorož in Lucia, just under 15 minutes walk to the first beach. The center of events, the hustle and bustle, sports activities, hotels, restaurants, shops, gaming salons, and Casino Portorož are just enough away from the apartments to take a short walk in the evening. Relax and have a pleasant stay in the peaceful surroundings of the Ri-100 apartments.
APARTMENT Ri-100
We offer an apartment for 5-7 people, size approx. 100 m2. The apartment is suitable for five people and can accommodate seven people by arrangement. The apartment has three bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, two toilets, and a large terrace.
- The apartment has cable TV, internet, air conditioning, and a dishwasher.
- There are two parking spaces in the yard in front of the apartment.
- Smaller pets are welcome (has to be arranged).
VISIT THE SLOVENIAN COAST
Old City center
Stroll through the old town of Piran and enjoy its rich historical and cultural heritage.
Piran Aquarium
Discover the only Slovenian aquarium and get to know the various creatures that live in the Slovenian sea.
Forma Viva
Climb up to Forma Viva. Forma Viva is a collection of stone sculptures located outdoors in the park of the Seča peninsula near Portorož. In the evening you will be enchanted by the beautiful sunsets.
Sečovlje salt pans
Drive to the Sečovlje salt pans, where the past and the present are still shaking hands. The ancient way of salt-making, which the Piran salt-workers learned long ago from their teachers, the salt-workers from the island of Pag, is still something special today, even on a Mediterranean scale.
Paranzana
Athletes and recreationists can go to Parenzana by bike and cross the Slovenian coast. (Parenzana is a well-maintained cycle path that leads from Trieste to Poreč along the former railway). The entire Slovenian route of Parenzana is asphalted and is included in the network of cycle paths under the designation D8.

Informative Calculator
Reservation and payment
We confirm the reservation of the booking appointment after receiving a 30% advance payment, which must be paid no later than 3 days after the appointment has been agreed.
The remaining amount can be paid in cash on arrival or via bank transfer before arrival.
The price list is valid from 1.1.2024
Prices include rent, water and electricity consumption, internet access, 2 parking spaces for the rented apartment.
The minimum apartment rental covers 4 nights, the rental price for 1-2 nights (by agreement) is 30% higher.
ARRIVALS: between 2 and 4 p.m DEPARTURE: until 10 o'clock.
